  1. 2021

    Head Office Opening

    Seeds Fincap Pvt ltd was founded 0n 14th January 2021 by Mr.Subhash Acharya and Mr. Avishek Sarkar. Both are seasoned professionals from the finance industry, each having 15-plus years of experience working across NBFCs and rating agencies. Promoters have experience in setting up a start-up, processes, branch networks, and expansion. They have the experience of creating a quality portfolio in the MSME space with a proven record. The company commenced its NBFC operations in April 2021. The initial capital was contributed primarily by Promoters; and the management team of the company.

    First Loan Disbursement

    Real India lives in its villages and small towns; the irony is that the people who live there are the most deprived of opportunities and employment. Given this, SEEDS chose Tier II and Tier III cities of Rajasthan to start its operations and disbursed the first loan at Behror under VB Model.

    Received NBFC-ND License from RBI.

    SEEDS started its business as a Business Correspondent with Kamal Renu Credit & Invest Private Limited with ticket sizes ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 2,00,000. 26 March 2021 Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd received its Certificate of Registration from RBI and commenced operations on 5th April 2021 with 2 Branches in Mathura and Behror by adopting Individual Business loans.

    Operations started in 15 Branches

    Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd started its operations in 15 branches across 3 states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan. The company is spreading its wings wide and is currently operational in 5 states with 42 branches

Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd got its first loan from Unitus Capital in July 2021, which is considered a leading hub of social innovation and entrepreneurship. UCIC believed that Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd can play a key role as a responsible and impactful NBFC.

In a short span, Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd crossed the second milestone in September 2021 by achieving 10 Cr AUM with its 18 branches in 3 states - Rajasthan, UP, and Haryana.

OCT-2021 Started Microfinance Operations with TATA Capital

Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd joined hands with tata capital in October 2021 for co-lending to MSMEs. It was the next step towards improving the credit flow to the unserved and underserved sectors and making funds obtainable to the maximum beneficiaries.

In December 2021, Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd crossed the landmark of Rs 25 Cr AUM. SEEDS also expanded to 22 branches and 10 lending partners.

JAN-2022 Crossed 5000 customer base.

Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd continued its journey to an upward spiral and increased its customer base to more than 5000. By now SEEDS had gained stable trust and confidence from customers in different states of the country.

March 2022 Crossed Rs. 65 Cr. AUM with 15 lending partners across 24 Branches Crossed, Rs 30 Cr. Capital base

Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd made remarkable progress and took another leap towards the next milestone. In March 2022, SEEDS crossed Rs 65 Cr AUM with 15 lending partners across 24 branches. SEEDS also expanded its capital base to Rs 30 Cr.

Aug -2022 Crossed Rs. 100 Cr. AUM with 22 lending partners across 41 Branches. Crossed Rs 40 Cr. Capital base

Seeds Fincap Pvt Ltd while persistently transforming the lives of hundreds of underprivileged people and making its social impact, achieved the remarkable benchmark of INR 100Cr loan disbursement, marching towards the bigger goals. From April 2021 to August 2022, funds raised from multiple companies is INR 94.5 Cr, and Equity infused is INR 39.43 Cr.
